- $50 monthly reduction in your benefits plan cost for participating in a Health Risk Assessment – which identifies your risks for certain factors and opens up the opportunity for counseling on them at the Mayo Clinic.
- 100% coverage of smoking cessation counseling and tobacco-cessation prescription and non-prescription medications.
- Substantially discounted memberships to fitness centers located either on-site or nearby.
- 100% coverage for preventative and wellness in-network services such as routine physicals, mammograms, PSA screenings and immunizations.
- Partnership with CIGNA to enhance maternity care and satisfaction.
- AstraZeneca Headquarters facility is a smoke-free work site – inside and outside.
- On-site Weight Watchers and Mayo Clinic weight management programs, as well as discounts to weight loss programs such as Jenny Craig and NutriSystems.
- Walk to Wellness Challenge that invites employees to sign up for 15-minute slots on treadmills that are kept moving continuously during normal business hours for one full week at all four of the company's sites in the U.S.

Reward and Recognition

Fitness center
Our Wilmington-based U.S. headquarters site offers a full-service fitness center for all full- and part-time employees. Fitness center memberships are also available at other AstraZeneca locations.
Activities club
Recreational activities, sports, social activities, theater, museum and zoo tickets, stadium group events, raffles and much more are part of the Activities Club.
