As a member of the Sales Team you are the “face” of AstraZeneca to our many healthcare clients. You will be focused on building strong relationships with all key personnel in the office or in a group practice setting.

Regional Sales Specialist

We are looking for graduates who are goal and results driven, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work independently and make decisions on their own. We also expect an outstanding work ethic and a strong customer service focus.

Industry Leading Sales Training

 If you are the right person the first things that you will experience is an industry leading sales training program that will provide you with a strong understanding of the company products, the relevant disease state information, and how to interact appropriately with healthcare professionals.
After completing the training program you will have the opportunity to gain your own territory to manage. You will also continue to receive further training that will develop your leadership and management skills, and allow you to interact with people across the other business functions within AZ.

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Leadership experience
