Global Finance Academy
There’s an additional aspect to maintaining a position as a market leader – and that is to provide pharmaceutical financial job opportunities to those who have leadership qualities themselves. As a company whose scope and complexity is of global proportions, it’s AstraZeneca’s responsibility to nurture your development and bring out the leader within you. Whichever finance career path you follow, our Global Finance Academy does just that.
The Finance Academy is an online development resource tailored for Finance Professionals. It will enable you to understand your development needs better, identify steps you can take to build your capabilities and support the development discussions you have with your manager.
